Caregiver Services

Normal appointment hours are: Will accomodate as needed for various times and schedules.
Monday through Friday: 7:00AM - 10:30AM and 5:00PM-9:00PM
Saturday & Sunday: 7:00AM - 12:00PM

Please note: Private Pay ONLY Accepted. Terms and Conditions are negotiable. Services will be billed on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Monthly billing if services exceed 10 hours per week. If you need to cancel services or change the date and time of service, 24hours notice is required.  Rates for services are $14.00 per hour for Personal Care Services, Respite and Homemaker Services. Mileage will be charged at a rate of .40 cents per mile ONLY when the one way mileage exceeds 5 miles.  As needs of the client change, services can be altered to accomodate those needs.  Provisions of special equipment needed to provide services such as a tub rail, shower chair, etc. are the responsibility of the client.
